NBC News reports that tech giants Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg, and Jeff Bezos are confirmed to attend President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration this Monday! 

Here’s why this trio is making waves:

• Mark Zuckerberg has been stirring controversy with Meta’s recent moves, including removing Pride themes from Messenger, shutting down Meta’s DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) program, and replacing fact-checkers with Community Notes on Facebook. Critics are calling it a “major shift in Meta’s priorities.” 

• Meanwhile, Jeff Bezos is keeping things spicy! In a recent podcast, he said, “Elon Musk thinks like me,” acknowledging the rivalry and camaraderie between two of the world’s richest men. 

• And of course, Elon Musk—fresh from transforming Twitter into “X”—continues to champion free speech and unconventional decisions, making him the perfect wildcard at such a high-profile event. 

With their combined influence, could this trio signal a new tech-political alignment?
