Dunya Analytics Raises $1.2M Seed Funding
Dunya Analytics raises $1.2 million in seed funding to further enhance its biodiversity risk management digital tools (SEC Filings).
Led by Synovia Capital, KDX, and Persei Venture this investment would help the company to advance its tools to let businesses handle biodiversity risks more conveniently.
Megan Pillsbury, founder and CEO of Dunya Analytics said:
“This funding allows us to accelerate our mission of simplifying the complex landscape of biodiversity risk for companies,”
He further added:
“Our solution is particularly valuable for companies at the beginning of their nature-positive journeys, guiding them to focus their resources where they can have the greatest impact”
This means Dunya Analytics is going to be the best bet for investors as the current AI-boom is already requiring more detailed nature related reports for startups and established companies as well.
So, this funding could probably help businesses enhance their financial reports by including more data on biodiversity risks and the damage they are doing.
It will help address those issues to actually grow a startup and win the hearts of your investors.
Holt Thrasher, Managing Director at Synovia Capital claimed that this funding would make Dunya Analytics support global efforts to meet biodiversity targets. He referred to the “Kungming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework (GBF)”.
With more and more companies focusing on nature and more investors pouring money into relevant startups, we will soon be able to make the planet Earth happy again.
