Royal Caribbean Appoints New Head of Travel Procurement and Planning for Asia-Pacific
Royal Caribbean Group has appointed Brett Walsh, a former airline exec, as its new Head of Travel Procurement and Planning for the Asia-Pacific region.
The shift is a sign of the company's commitment to the region and its growing focus on delivering a seamless travel experience for its guests.
Walsh fetches to Royal Caribbean nearly 30 years of experience in the travel industry, with the vast majority of his career spent in the aviation sector.
He has held senior roles at a number of airlines, including All-Nippon Airways, Aircalin, and Thai Airways International.
In his new role, Walsh will be responsible for developing and implementing Royal Caribbean's travel strategy in the Asia-Pacific region, including negotiating airline partnerships, securing hotel and transfer deals, and developing new travel products and services.
