2. Select the chat you want to mute forever.
3. Tap and hold that chat for a while.
4. On the above bar you will have a few icons appeared on the screen.
5. Now choose the Mute icon, this will show you three more options as 8 hours, 1 year and Always.
6. Select the Option Always from there to permanently mute the chat.
