Ross Young (an analyst) reported that Apple (iPhone parent company) is planning in advance to further enhance and improve its display tech by introducing OLEDs for MacBook Air and iPad Pro variants sometime in 2024 (if not now) from its range of smart devices and gadgets.
As OLED makes any gadget a classy one, and since Apple’s every product is already a classy product, OLED will be a cherry on top.
OLED MacBook Air and OLED iPad Pro will be launched in these rumoured variants:
- 13.3” OLED MacBook Air
- 11” iPad Pro
- 12.9” iPad Pro
MacBook Pro and Pro Plus are also expected.
This will help the company to bypass the battery issues and give more time to the users by reducing battery power consumption to almost 30% and increasing the longevity of the display.
As OLED-tech is an advanced version of making displays, it can show you more colours, darkness, and brightness.
So, who is going to buy Apple products shipping with OLED?
NOTE: Apple currently using mini-LED technology to replicate the power of OLED and is already researching on developing more advanced display systems with micro-LED technology that will surely be a breakthrough to bypassing OLED displays in quality.
