Twitter Is Testing "OnlyFans Like" Tip & Super Follow Features
Just like the famous platform OnlyFans, where you can send money to your favorite influencers, reportedly, Twitter is testing some new features called the "Tip Button" or "Tip Jar" and "Super Follow" button as revealed by Jane Manchun Wong, Twitter is working on a Tip Jar button in Twitter Spaces and a Super Follow button that will enable people to tip a Twitter user using many different payment gateways such as PayPal, Bandcamp, Cash App, Patreon and Venmo.
This is surely a breakthrough feature that will enable millions of Twitter users to get donations, tips, and funds for their personal or professional reasons. The social media ninja Jane Manchun Wong shared a many screenshots to back her findings and here's what she tweeted:
Twitter is working on Tip Jar right on the user profile https://t.co/kqzQmiDFKc pic.twitter.com/VacGyJJ8DU

However, some of the Twitter users asked Jane to prove her findings and some even asked her about how she gets such interesting screenshots of apps with the features that are yet to be announced. She felt it and tweeted this:
I’m so tired of proving myself again and again but I code and I do security research for fun

The unreleased features I tweet are real and that’s what’s included in the apps. it’s publicly accessible
Why would I lie about features that don’t exist? I don’t even get paid
There's another Patreon-like Super Follow feature that will be rolled out soon by Twitter that is all about charging your followers for VIP content just like you do on FansOnly and Patreon. Here's what Jane shared about the Twitter Super Follow button:

as a small circular button , or a big “Super Follow” one
p.s. that cash button is for tipping: https://t.co/A6Q6TiA1ku
Twitter is also making their color scheme more monochrome, and is also using their new “Chirp” font https://t.co/qSEjh0ohm8 pic.twitter.com/jb3Y9o4Yct
With these updates and new features, Twitter is getting ready to compete with Facebook (as Facebook is allowing content creators to make money with ad breaks and stars that their fans give them) and also with the private content platforms such as OnlyFans, Patreon, and others.
These features will surely open new doors to Twitter by increasing the user base as more influencers will join Twitter to make extra income, making them transfer their audience to Twitter from Instagram, TikTok and YouTube (for the sake of making more money).
