- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Take a full head of garlic and peel it. It’s okay to press it if that makes it easier to peel. We like to bulk batch this step, so it is okay to double and triple these next three steps. We promise you this garlic will be eaten.
- In a small oven-friendly ramekin or tart pan, add three tablespoons of high-quality olive oil and your naked heads of garlic. Mix the garlic around, so the cloves are covered.
- Cover with aluminum foil and place in the oven for about 25 minutes. After 25 minutes, remove from the oven and allow to cool for five minutes.
- Prepare your keto bread by laying it out on a parchment-covered baking sheet.
- Grab three tablespoons of butter, and add to your olive oil and garlic container allowing it time to melt.
- After the butter has melted, give the garlic butter and oil mixture a little stir to combine oil and butter.
- Then, grab a butter knife, scoop up a clove of roasted garlic and begin spreading it thinly across the toast. Grab the next clove and spread it on the next piece, and so on.
- After you have spread the roasted garlic across each piece, flip the bread over and brush lightly with the garlic butter/oil mixture. Anything leftover brush generously on the garlic side. Sprinkle with a mixture of Italian herbs.
- Place your sheet pan in the oven and let the bread toast for ten minutes, keeping an eye on it. Allow the edges enough time to get crispy. Then flip over and toast the bak side for five to seven minutes more.
- Remove the pan from the oven, sprinkle on some salty parmesan, and you are good to go.
